Marsha Zavez cannot remember a time when she wasn’t drawing or painting. Art is woven into her sense of self, and it is in the act of creating that she finds herself most at peace.
Marsha earned her BFA and Masters in Secondary Art Education at UNH and has taught visual arts and drama at North Hampton School on the NH seacoast since 1999. In her world she finds so many things that call out to be painted. So many things that make her smile. Lately, it’s the gulls and the wild turkeys that have her attention. She will be a serious artist and paint abstract landscapes sometime soon, but for now the birds are speaking, and she is listening.
Marsha’s oil, acrylic and encaustic paintings are shown at Valerie’s Gallery in Newburyport, NH, the Newburyport Art Association and at venues throughout New England.
Feel free to contact her at [email protected] if you have any questions.
ENJOY!
